By creating an account and using HumanAI ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

HumanAI provides AI text humanization services that rewrite AI-generated content to appear more natural. The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the output quality or its ability to bypass any particular detection system.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use this Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use the Service to create content intended to deceive, defraud, or mislead others. You are solely responsible for the content you submit and any consequences arising from your use of humanized content.

4. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Word Limits and Plans

Each subscription tier includes a monthly word limit. Unused words do not roll over between months. We reserve the right to modify tier limits and pricing with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the humanization service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HumanAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

3. Text Content

Text you submit for humanization is transmitted to our third-party API provider (aihumanize.io) for processing. We do not permanently store the content of your submissions beyond what is necessary to display results. Please review aihumanize.io's privacy policy for information about how they handle submitted text.

4. Data Storage

Account data is stored locally in your browser session for this demonstration. In a production deployment, data would be stored on secure servers with appropriate encryption and access controls.

5. Third-Party Services

We use aihumanize.io as our humanization API provider. Your submitted text is processed by their service. We are not responsible for their data handling practices.

6. Cookies and Sessions

We use session storage to maintain your login state. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics in this application.

7. Data Retention

Account information is retained until you request deletion. Usage statistics are retained for billing and limit enforcement purposes.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information. Contact your administrator to exercise these rights.

9. Security

We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
